The band released an album at the time of the launch of the Criminal Justice Act, a law that gives UK Police greater legal force to break the unauthorized raves that gave Orbital its name. The Are We Here? single featuring the song "Are We Here? (Criminal Justice Bill?)", Four minutes total silence.
