Snivilisation is the third album and the first album is named by Orbital. The album was released in 1994. The album reached # 4 and spent 4 weeks on the UK album charts in 1994. In April 1996 it has sold 80,000 copies in the UK. .

The band released an album at the time of the launch of the Criminal Justice Act, a law that gives UK Police greater legal force to break the unauthorized raves that gave Orbital its name.
